復(fù)旦大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院擬招聘1~2名博士后研究人員，主要研究?jī)?nèi)容為：
數(shù)據(jù)整合：建立不同來(lái)源的各種數(shù)據(jù)的整合技術(shù)及方法評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)；
血吸蟲(chóng)病和流感的空間分析：主要探討疾病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的動(dòng)態(tài)性及預(yù)測(cè)研究，復(fù)雜的混合模型需要建立，良好的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析技術(shù)必需；
探討長(zhǎng)期不同位置上疾病與潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子的關(guān)聯(lián)性建立預(yù)測(cè)疾病未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的模型，用于疾病的監(jiān)測(cè)與預(yù)測(cè)。需要有縱向數(shù)據(jù)分析方法的技能與經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
空間流行病學(xué)的理論方法研究：該研究?jī)?nèi)容將基于雙方的興趣與研究背景而定。
錄取的人員將加入一個(gè)有流行病學(xué)家、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)暴露建模人員、地理學(xué)家、生物統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)家以及生物信息學(xué)家的研究團(tuán)隊(duì)，該團(tuán)隊(duì)已經(jīng)參與完成了多個(gè)相關(guān)內(nèi)容的研究課題，合作默契，擁有豐富的科研經(jīng)驗(yàn)。申請(qǐng)者必須是流行病學(xué)或一密切相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)（如：生物統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、地理信息系統(tǒng)、遙感、生物信息學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)等）的博士畢業(yè)生。對(duì)于擁有交叉多學(xué)科研究的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，特別是空間數(shù)據(jù)分析方面的申請(qǐng)者將優(yōu)先考慮。
申請(qǐng)者需要有良好的英文論文撰寫(xiě)和口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力，能獨(dú)立或與他人合作完成某一工作任務(wù)，并且有一定的程序編寫(xiě)能力（SAS或R）。
錄取的人員將與姜慶五教授和張志杰博士一起工作，加入相關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)。工作時(shí)間為1年，表現(xiàn)良好的將根據(jù)雙方意愿續(xù)簽1~2年。工作開(kāi)始的時(shí)間比較靈活，在2011年冬季和2012年夏季之間均可，申請(qǐng)截止日期為2012-2-01.

Postdoctoral Positions in Spatial Epidemiology, School of Public Health, Fudan University
There are 1~2 openings for postdoctoral research positions in the Department of Epidemiology at the School of Publich Health, Fudan University. The areas of research include:
n Data integration: The approaches to fuse datasets various sources at different scales will be established their efficiencies will also be assessed
n Spatial analysis of schistosomiasis influenza: This study will examine the dynamic changes of disease risks. The complicated mixture models will be developed
n Examining disease associations in a number of locations for many years to see if models can be developed predicting the differences/changes in rates across locations across time, allowing reasonable predictions of effects of future disease scenarios. The techniques of longitudinal data analysis should be a prerequisite
n Theoretical study of spatial epidemiology: This will be determined based on bilateral interestes education background.
Successful cidates will join a group of epidemiologists, exposoure modellers, geographers, biostatisticians bioinformaticians who are involved in many other related studies interact regularly, with additional opportunities for various researches. Cidates must have a Ph.D. in Epidemiology or a closely related field (e.g., biostatistics, ecology, GIS, RS, bioinformatics, mathematician, et al.) a priority will be given to those who have experiences in the multi-disciplinary researches, especially the aspect of spatial data analysis.
Written verbal fluency in English is required. Applicants should have the ability to work both independently in group settings. Programming skills in either SAS or R/SPLUS is required, knowledge of both whould be a plus.
The postdoctoral fellows will be advised by will work closely with Dr. Qingwu Jiang Dr. Zhijie Zhang. The position is initially for one year, with the possibility of extentsion to an additional year upon the work performance mutual agreement. The start date is flexible, between Winter, 2011 Summer 2012.
