復(fù)旦大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)神經(jīng)生物學(xué)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室于2011年7月順利通過了科技部對前一周期（近五年）工作的評估。根據(jù)科技部國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理的有關(guān)規(guī)定,通過評估的實(shí)驗(yàn)室應(yīng)啟動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任的換屆工作，以保證實(shí)驗(yàn)室持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展和規(guī)范管理。根據(jù)上級主管部門的精神，現(xiàn)特向國內(nèi)外公開招聘醫(yī)學(xué)神經(jīng)生物學(xué)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任。要求如下：
一、任職條件
1.具有本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域博士學(xué)位；教授或研究員職稱；并為國內(nèi)外本領(lǐng)域知名的學(xué)科帶頭人；
2.具有較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力和凝聚力；具有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一個(gè)系或相當(dāng)規(guī)模的研究機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；
3.身體健康，年齡不超過60歲；
4.能全職全時(shí)到位工作。
二、待遇和聘期
按照復(fù)旦大學(xué)有關(guān)政策聘為相應(yīng)職級和崗位、享受相應(yīng)工資和福利待遇，并提供良好工作條件。聘期2011-2016年。
三、應(yīng)聘材料
報(bào)名截止日期為2011年 9月28日。應(yīng)聘者須同時(shí)提供以下材料的紙質(zhì)文件和電子版：
1.個(gè)人簡歷、學(xué)術(shù)成就簡介及論文目錄；
2.五篇代表論文；
3.對重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室今后五年工作的初步設(shè)想和預(yù)期目標(biāo)。
四、評審和審批程序
1.專家組將對書面材料進(jìn)行初審，通過者將進(jìn)行面試答辯，具體時(shí)間另行通知。
2.根據(jù)專家組的推薦意見，經(jīng)學(xué)校審查，確定推薦人選，報(bào)主管部門審批。

The State Key Laboratory of Medical Neurobiology (SKLMN) at Fudan University recently passed an evaluation organized by the Ministry of Science Technology of China in 2011. In accordance with regulations governing the administration of State Key Laboratories, Fudan University is now recruiting a director for SKLMN for the term of 2011-2016..
Applicants must have a Ph.D. or M.D. degree currently hold the position of Full Professor. Applicants are expected to have an impressive record of research accomplishments, as demonstrated by corresponding authorships of important papers published in high-quality international journals. Applicants must also provide evidence of the ability to lead an academic department or research institution. The successful cidate will be expected to work at the State Key Laboratory full-time.
