一、招聘條件
1. 學(xué)歷學(xué)位條件。申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)取得博士學(xué)位，且獲得博士學(xué)位不超過3年。
2. 健康及年齡條件。身心健康，年齡不超過35周歲。
二、薪酬待遇
1）薪酬：博士后年薪30-40萬(wàn)；
2）在站期間發(fā)表文章及所獲基金按醫(yī)院科研獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)政策另享獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，上不封頂；
3）享受醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)、養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)、工傷保險(xiǎn)等基本社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)和住房公積金；
4）鼓勵(lì)申報(bào)合適的人才項(xiàng)目、科研基金，參與國(guó)際合作交流與課題合作；
5）享受餐補(bǔ)、高溫補(bǔ)貼、免費(fèi)體檢等福利待遇；
6）取得優(yōu)秀科研成果且滿足學(xué)校教職要求的，經(jīng)考核評(píng)估后可聘為正式教職；
7）可申請(qǐng)“珠海英才”等珠海市相關(guān)人才計(jì)劃與獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)政策(130-300萬(wàn))。
